"disgusting way of treating patients, truly sad how they make you feel like a criminal for picking up your medication that your doctor prescribed especially during a time like this. i have personal things happening and having to take a trip out of state and he is refusing to give my medication that my doctor clearly said was ok to refill early given the circumstances of my situation."
"The pharmacy tech was so nice!! I was over 500 miles away from my local pharmacy and knew getting a rx filled was going to be a nightmare, he made it super easy and painless!! Getting sick on vacation is not fun but truly thankful I didn’t have to jump through hoops get my meds!"
"The lady with the accent judges way to much every time you ask me to sign up for a credit card for a free 25 dollars after I say no thank you everytime u have to say oh so u don't want free money or who doesnt want free money...me i do not... thats why i say no thank you no i do not want to ruin my credit for 25 dollars of free money .. lady im paying with food stamps..Noone there ask me anymore but u still insist on asking and then making snide comments right after I say no .. Rude unethical does not need to be interacting with customers if they are judging people straight to their faces put her in the back stocking"
"Have to give a 5 at a minimum Pete is one of the kindest, caring beyond going over the top pharmacists I've ever encountered helping customers is his priority!"
"I’m sure anyone who suffers from AHDH knows the typical hoops you have to jump through in order to get your prescription medication filled. As I type this, I’m currently three days without my medication. It’s not a huge deal, but there is a significant difference when I’m on it. I had my usual prescription filled at this location last month. My doctor filled my script for a refill two days ago. However, for whatever reason this pharmacy requested verification from my doctors office. Not a big deal, this type of treatment is typical. Moving on, earlier this morning I received a call from my doctor’s office. They informed me that my medication had been verified. Again this has already been three days since I originally opted to have my prescription filled at this location. When I called the pharmacist with this information. He explained to me that my prescription had not been verified yet. I explained to him that it had. The next few minuets were a bit surreal. I would explain to the pharmacist that he was wrong. Where he would say that he was right. Until it got to the point where he asked someone in the background if the prescription had been verified. They affirmed that it had been. After arguing with me and subsequently being proven wrong by one of his coworkers. Instead of apologizing for his behavior, he stated that I need to give them more time to do their job. Keeping in mind it’s been three days since I started the process of refilling this script with the only progress that seemed to be made was due to my individual, I was bit put off by the entire experience. All I could manage in response is that I’m a patient at this pharmacy and that he should not speak to me that way. His response was, before hanging up on me was to say that, “you are not going to have your script filled here.” When I called my doctor’s office with this information. I was informed that the pharmacist lied about their reasoning for refusing a script was due to where I lived. This was not an issue last month. TL;DR After losing an argument they started. Pharmacist refuses a patient medication and then lies about their reasoning to do so."
