"For over 20 years, I have been a loyal customer of Hamrick Air Conditioning & Heating, consistently relying on their services for my HVAC needs. However, my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing, leading me to the decision to take my business elsewhere. Two years ago, during a severe cold snap with temperatures plunging to 20 degrees, my heater broke down. Understanding the urgency, I immediately called Hamrick Air Conditioning & Heating for assistance. They responded promptly, and upon inspection, confirmed that my unit was under warranty. I paid the required service fee, and they informed me that they would replace the defective heater blower fan. However, instead of providing a new fan, they installed a used one as a temporary fix and assured me that the new part would be installed soon. To my frustration, two years have passed, and I am still waiting for the promised replacement. Despite my repeated calls and their numerous assurances, the situation remains unresolved. This level of service is incredibly disappointing, especially from a company I have trusted for so long. It is unacceptable to leave a loyal customer in such a predicament, especially when the unit was under warranty and during extreme weather conditions. After this prolonged ordeal and lack of follow-through, I have decided to seek HVAC services elsewhere. I can no longer rely on Hamrick Air Conditioning & Heating to provide the dependable and timely service that is crucial for my home."

"Definitely cannot recommend this company at all. Company non-responsive after the sale and installation, which was an expensive investment. Attempted several times to contact company/owner regarding noise from new air handler only to have them ghost me. I ended up engaging another HVAC company which told me Hamrick installation/configuration was shoddy and that they took terrible short cuts that resulted in the Air Handler noise and air quality issues. In the first place, the current air return vents were way undersized for the new unit they installed. Instead of informing me and suggesting an additional air return, which the new HVAC company did, they instead took a shortcut and cut out a large hole in the air return duct which is in the attic! This exposed dirty, unfiltered air into the ventilation and also created an entry for rodents into the duct system. There are a lot of good conscientious HVAC contractor's in Pensacola - Hamrick is not one of them."

"These are great folks! They installed my HVAC system 7 years ago, and when I had a problem recently they were so responsive. One of their technicians accidentally put on a new thermostat control that was not ideal for my system (though it still worked) and they came out promptly and replaced at no charge. They also worked hard to get me a needed part for my system before the recent cold snap, and the technician Buddy called me every day or so to update me on getting the part and then he came out and installed it as soon as it came to their office. These are great folks you can trust."
