"Update: I got two FALSE NEGATIVES FROM THIS SITE BECAUSE THE NURSES ARENT GOING DEEP ENOUGH INTO THE NASAL CAVITY FOR THE TESTING. I spent SIX HOURS COLLECTIVELY IN LINE AT THIS LOCATION ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. Later, I went to Fox Medical to get tested because I got two negatives and still felt terrible, the nurse at Fox went deep enough and my results came back positive!! The hold up is at the check in tent, the operators have a “I’ll be here all day anyway,” attitude so they move slowly. It’s infuriating to see the testing tent practically empty and those of us who preregister still have to wait two hours at MINIMUM. Online says it opens at 8, and I was in line at 7:30. Whomever runs this needs to step up and put themselves in the public’s shoes. If you wouldn’t want to wait all day for a test that takes two minutes, why would you let it happen to hundreds/ thousands of others?"

"Person who in charge should be get fired. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Traffic handlers no clue what’s happening just sitting and talking each other. Overall very bad communication within the site. Almost three hours haven’t got my test done."

"Instead of having all 4 check-in lanes opened during their busiest season, they shut a lane down and didn't try to account for those who only had one checkin lane while others had 2 check in lanes. Whoever is in charge at night needs to do better!!! Makes no sense. We watched atleast 30 cars pass us by in the other lanes as we waited."

"So I went to this location on August 2. I got there at about 12 pm. The line was long as expected. I got to where I was right near the tent by 1. Could see it from the driveway. I watched the one employee from the tent go to the container they’re in, the outstanding security guard drive his car in the tent facing the line of cars and so far have been in this same spot for over an hour and a half without them servicing one vehicle (its currently 315.)There isn’t an employee administering tests at all and hasn’t been one for nearly an hour and a half. Only cars in the tents are the security guards vehicles. True government spending."

"Just meh. It is a government building run by folks with no focus on customer experience. You will eventually be able to get what you need done. You may have to wait a bit and possibly make a second trip to get missing documents or a check or money order that was not mentioned anywhere on the website. The people working there are doing their best as they deal with unhappy people all day. So they give as good as they get."
