"This place was just ok. Not too much English speakers. I wish they stop with all these Hispanic clinics that only cater to Hispanics. We need more restaurants and things for kids. Cutler Ridge had become the new Hialeah!!"

"My medicine is not arriving when it is supposed to. Also, a wonderful young lady (employee) was driven to leave because she was soft spoken and they wanted loud people there as employees. Her name was Elizabeth better known as Eli. I left two other clinics because I was not receiving my medicine on the days they said it would arrive. Just today I was supposed to receive a medicine and I didn't get it and I've heard quite a few other patients say the same thing so it's not just me. Seriously thinking about leaving to another clinic."

"My husband and I, want to recognize the staff and management for their excellent support to patients. Our experience so far has been great from day one since we joined Cuttler Bay facility. We appreciate the time and effort their staff and management make to please their patients. This is our second year that we received turkeys for Thanksgiving, we appreciate the pastelitos and coffee in the patient’s coffee break room they have in all their sites. The medical team is friendly, professional, and caring. The transportation team as well, they go far beyond to accommodate the transportation of their patients. We wish La Colonia many years of continued success!"

"Was Well attended by administration until this point but would be careful with dental department and it's theory of attending on arrival. Gets full and Takes extremely long and unless your here early and get here on your own get ready to see a full clinic and no regard for time. It's located in plaza with a local publix and dollar tree as neighbors and a fitness gym being recontruscted. Burger King around the corner. Social security office not to far off next to police stations. Southland mall and regions bank across street.Dd discount near by also fitness gym. Have had difficulties with transportation and other services such as urgent care department. Because say going to be at house at 8:45-9:10 showed up at 9:15. Got to clinic 9:25 clinic full. Have had difficulties because have asked for earlier appointments and have received only disappointing results of 10 a.m. or later like no else has a life half of country getting picked up early and we taking public transportation getting here on are own will and clinic has over 10-15 patient waiting at door for door to open. When they are refusing to give earlier times for appointments. Lobby at 8-8:30 a.m. had 30-40 patients. 5 buses arrived. Had to cancel to I was 1st. Today Wednesday front desk secretary said I was 1st. Left me for 3rd. Walked in to dental department on own to see patients being treated. Today may 25, again got picked up 7-7:30 only to be brought to clinic to be told after I give my personal information the dentist didn't show up but the hygienist is here now I'm being told my appointment is with hygienist. Spoke with Gabriela. Let's see how things go! Hmm! After this called in and got teeth cleaned after I was told I was going to be rescheduled for another day. Could it be because I took pictures and started a review on Google I got attended anyway. Administrator gave a walk by in lobby. Hmm! Waiting for transportation in lobby to go home. Today June 24 appointment with PCP Luis Medrano picked up at 7 waiting in clinic asked secretary at what time was my appointment because I see it's becoming 9:30 she says there was no specific time it's on time of arrival. Seeing lobby getting empty buses bringing in more patients my weight and blood pressure was taken. Got tired of waiting and quietly walked out, came in transportation left went back home on public transportation route 1. Foot still sore but thanks to urgent care department I have medicine and cream for it. Today wheel ordered for my mother by Jackson South to primary care doctor of health sun was delivered but when received joy was short lived wheelchair ♿ seat inches small for my mother. Other transportation came and left us no room for us because of lack of space and left us home and to return for us time lost."
