"The staff here is nothing but amazing but you guys really screwed up this time around. I came in saying I might have food poisoning and the front staff went to the back and asked if it's something y'all can take care of.. the gentleman came back out and said yes that is something they can look at... Welllllll I'm feeling a little better today. I've called around to find out if you have salmonella you need stool or blood samples.... if I have Trichinosis I needed blood work along with some other sh. Why the hell did you guys take me in for a urine sample if I clearly said food poisoning. My fault I guess since I have to be the professional. I love you guys but in nice terms forget you guys. Never coming here again. There is a baptist urgent care 15mins from there better equipped. Don't go cheap for your health. Again nothing against the staff just that one lovely lovely person in the back that said let him in."

"Needed a quick physical for my Autistic son and was very happy with the staff and atmosphere. They treated myself and son very well. The nurse was kind and patient with him, she spoke to him directly and reassured him that he was doing great. Staff in the background were cheerleading as well. The doctor who saw us was also very nice, she sat down spoke to my son and explained everything to him very patiently. We were in and out within an hour, paperwork completed. Definitely was worth the the trip vs making an appointment with PCP."

"I will not recommend going to this urgent care center. Front desk was nice, Dr was very attentive but I told him I had ran out of albuterol he reassured me he was going to send to my pharmacy, when I called the pharmacy they had not sent anything for me. I explained I have lung problems, he will care less. My pcp is out of town and recommended me going to the urgent care I was having chills and sore throat. No medication was prescribed. When the guy came for me to sign the discharge papers he did not explain anything just asked me to sign and that I can go home. I was expecting better."

"As soon as I stepped foot into the door, I was met with kind smiles and warm welcomes. The staff is super kind and professional. One of the main things I noticed is that the facilities are very clean. You truly feel cared for as the nurses make it their top priority To appropriately treat their patients. Nurse Misty was amazing during my visit with her friendly and joyous attitude. Highly recommend."
