"I felt very well taken care of by Kelly and her team. They told me of a possible wait as soon as i arrived, and I was taken care of and out the door in just over an hour with the exam and X-rays. Location is very clean and the staff seem to enjoy being there, which goes a long way for me! I’ll definitely be coming back (but hopefully not too soon). Thank you Kelly and Dee-Dee!"

"I love that they get you in and out quickly; no long waits. PA Dimple is great, she listens to you and explains things well. Nurse Dee Dee was great too. Although they are quick to get you cared for, you don't feel rushed. They are very personable. The only down side is the machine where you talk to the pharmacist and it dispenses your medicine.. it wasn't working, so I have to stop at the pharmacy."

"I was in your Location today with my most precious cargo which is my mom!!! The staff was absolutely amazing, we were greeted and checked in with ease. The short wait was unbelievable compared to other locations even with an appointment. The nursing staff was warm and extremely welcoming and they genuinely showed concern for my mom’s visit and making her comfortable. I only remember the Nurse practitioner’s name which was Kelly BUT all the ladies were exemplary and you should be proud! "I’ve been to many urgent cares throughout my adult life. Mainly for cough. This is by far the most time efficient, cleanest, professional urgent care visited. I checked in online and when arriving immediately went to a room and they took my payment in the exam room. I’d say a total of 20 min or less from the time I arrived to strategizing my care plan. They also have a pharmacy kiosk for those that don’t want to make a separate trip to their pharmacy. Keep up the good work. The front person immediately acknowledged me and said hello. That makes a difference. Also Dimple, PA is amazing and provided loads of education and I had time to ask my own questions/clarification. At no point did I feel rushed. It’s an urgent care, if you have a million questions, maybe look into getting a PCP. If you know what you need and ask the questions pertinent to your visit then this is your place!
