"If your looking for a great church I do love the church and many people in it but they seem more concerned about getting new people through the door instead of keeping the ones they already have And fellowshipping, and when they do its all about how awesome of a Christian they are because if you have an issue they just tell tyou to find support somewhere else.‘ as a disabled person ive been discriminated against,’ at this church and also because until 5 years ago I was Jewish and accepted Christ in teen challenge I’ve been endured antisemitism , and again right in the open i was humiliated in front of like 10 people none of which stuck up And said it’s not right to hate your fellow christians because I’m a stroke victim and i forgot i had a cigarette in my ear inside the parking lot and I was told to leave the entire campus and the cigarette wasn’t even lit nor had it ever been lit it didn’t even smell…. Just ask me to put it back in the car… but instead i got iso in this church could be one of if not the best church around. They have one of the kindest most amazing and understanding worship leader i have ever met in my opinion he is the best representation of Christ in the whole church. but I’m in huge trouble as a ischemic stroke patient with zero family support or friends or anyone to help me live life so you go to church right? Well the pastor called me because I had been texting for help and told me to come in so we can talk so i did and he didn’t give me one minute of his time and then texted me 2 phone numbers for places that help homeless people when I’m not homelews/ so instead of helping me not go homless by helping find mental health help so I won’t go homeless which would kill me without exagerating at all he obviously did not give it a single thought after he told me to come in and talk to him. All he did was give me two phone numbers he already had that have no meaning in my situation at all. Well today I was told I must not want help and just want to complain because they told me to call organizations I’ve already been calling for over a year and they got all angry with me and kicked me while I was down. And when I told pastor about this he looked at me likening was a child because I dontmpikenbeingnkickesnwhilenim down in a holy place that’s supposed to be safe. He didn’t even acknowledge that I had even said anything. It’s a nice well built church with nice people until any actual teachings of jesus are required like love each other or help each other or don’t be a stone in the way of others faith or humility or showing true love To each other instead of wearing a mask that says you love a ripping of the mask if that requires any tiny amount of work or thinking and the. Take it out on the disabled guy when your frustrates your answers you spent 1 second thinking about isnt viable Or even make sense. I even told them I’m so desperate I’m not sure if I want to live anymore and they completely ignored that too. That was my experience At this church today. Now I have to pray on if this is gods way of telling me to fontina church that dosnt just watch it’s disabled attendees fall into homelessness and kick him while head own all the way to the gutter where ill die"
"We've been there 6 years now. Bible based church. Great praise and worship - contemporary music (Band with drummer, Guitar, Keyboard, Singers). This Southern Baptist Church (don't let that sway you - Calvary is basically an independent church but is part of the Southern Baptist Convention) teaches topically. Come a bit early for coffee and donuts! Local Pastor Dan and wife Sarah. Everyone very friendly. Main message is often given remotely from the Clearwater campus. At first this seemed odd but at huge churches I found myself watching the monitors anyway so what's the difference!"
"Listen to a street evangelist a St. John's pass for over 30 minutes. His message came from a place of love and truth. He pointed people to the Lord Jesus Christ. I made sure to thank him when he was leaving and ask his name. Nikoli attends church here and reflects the gospel that he's being taught well. God bless and keep up the Good work"
"Great people. There are about 250 to 300 people so the opportunity to meet new great people.Willy Rice delivers the best messages I've ever heard. Messages are right out of thr bible"
"Sharing the gospel and meeting the needs of families in the community. Love this church and Pastor Tom. Met some very kind loving accepting people."
