"Lived here just shy of 3.5 yrs and all of a sudden they say there is no record of our pet deposit, in order to get our dog sticker we had to pay the deposit, but due to park managers negligence they said no record of it, obviously our $200. Deposit was stolen and our having to pay it again. Park Manager now took it upon herself to call our insurance company to add them to our policy! Who does she think she is!!!"

Jimmy Snyder & Rick from Rider Resales, who sold me the trailer, were so helpful and genuinely concerned about my comfortability and extremely flexible. All around great experience"

"I've been living here for 2yrs now. I'm very happy with Donna and Raul. If you have a problem, they work with you to help get it resolved! It's a nice quiet place for 55yrs and older. Everything is close by. You can actually ride a bike to stores and beach. Prices are reasonable for people on fixed incomes."

Things have really improved since ive gotten here in March of this year, and the remolding projects in and around the office and pavilion are really looking good. Trees were cut down or trimmed back, for the safety of the residents and there property."
