"I tried to go inside the bank with 10 grand in hundred dollar bills. I tried to get 5000 in 50.00 bills and try to get another 5000 exchange for $20 bills. They refused my service because I do not have a bank account with them. I bank with Bank of America and stopped here because it was the first bank on my way out of my house. The fact that Wells Fargo would not do this for me simply just because I do not bank with them would make me never invest my money or put my money in a Wells Fargo bank. That is the lousiest excuse I've ever heard. 2 just exchange money it's not like I handed her 10000 in fake hundred-dollar bills. Thank you for letting me know why I would never bank with Wells Fargo."
"We arrived at this Wells Fargo nearest where mom and dad live in the villas. Around 3:00pm on Jan 11th. Dad, inadvertently wrote a check from the Wells Fargo account which over-drafted. We received notice from his Wells Fargo app which was just an oversight on his part. and went to the bank to rectify. We were greeted by Lizzy at the counter. She was extremely helpful and guided us through what we needed to do. Our experiences were above exemplary with Lizzy. She was great."
"Very poor service and no desire or motivation by the employees. As I stand in line waiting to make a deposit you see employees just kinda walk around with no purpose and just watch as one teller takes care of people and let the line grow longer and longer it took me over an hour to make a deposit."
"I am and always will be a loyal customer of Wells Fargo, Especially this branch with Charles Harris the manager, and Lou, and Emma. They have treated me and my sister Carol with the utmost respect and like family. We think of them as family. They are so patient with us seniors and help us with so many things. I was late getting to my appt. with Lou, but she still helped me with so many items, and then because I had so many other items needing to be done, she recommended Emma to finish everything else the next day, which was great, we had a time sensitive group of things to be done. Emma did a fantastic job of finishing all the items, and helped me with things I did not even know about. Job well done everyone, I appreciate all your help"
