"After the hurricane I hired an adjuster because I never had to go through a home claim. After Ian everyone was pretty distraught and was looking for anyone to help. Joba Adjusting was highly recommended to me and happened to be the worst mistake I ever made. The owner, Ousel was very condescending and continued to harass me through out the entire process. I had a conversation with Maria at the front desk who was completely clueless, so I decided to hang up the phone. I was then called disrespectful and told they would no longer take my calls. I was only allowed to text this Ousel guy. He continued to degrade me, my insurance company and my mortgage lender. He never would give an update and didn’t keep in contact about anything. Finally, he received a check from my insurance company on 3/27 and refused to endorse the check because he wanted his 10% up front. Well, by law I don’t owe him anything until I receive my proceeds. I had my mortgage lender call him and explain these processes to him and he demanded an email. Reminder, I signed a contract with this guy. 3 weeks after fighting with this guy I ended up just paying him because I need a new roof like yesterday and with rainy season coming. People that work for him even said he has never done this before. If you are ever in need of an adjuster I highly recommend you DO NOT use this JOBA Adjusting, Inc company as they are the most unethical, disgusting company I have ever dealt witn and I don’t do reviews but for this one I will do it anywhere I can!"
