"FYI this location no longer has tellers (ever). Just ATMs and loan services. If you need tellers don’t come here. Staff on hand was friendly and helpful but services are limited."

"I have visited this bank multiple times to open a business account and never is the manager available to open the account. Apparently she is the only qualified person but is never there and when she is she is on a conferences and way too busy to even say hello to you. I was helped today by a pleasant employee attempting to open a business account. We had to call someone certified to explain the terms and conditions and an hour later was told that my sunbiz was listed incorrectly and that I had to amend it. When I call Sunbiz they said everything was filed correctly. When I arrived I was told the manager had an emergency and was unable to make it. When sunbiz told me the information was correct I called back to PNC and the operator told me thre Branch manager was on vacation. If this is true why did we schedule to meet with her today? Note Chase and Suncoast credit union both agreed it is filed correctly. Don't waste your time trying to open a business account at PNC."

"I had an issue with PNC the other day were they informed me the DAY OF that they were pulling funds off my account for a dispute with a merchant. Obviously only getting the letter the day of them pulling the funds i was not prepared and had no warning. The large amount pulled from my account last minute caused an over draft fee on my account. I called in to explain the situation with the dispute, a separate company pulled the funds from my account without my permission. The agent in the call center was rude and told me they can not do a dispute on a payment I "changed my mind on" (which isn't what happened). I told the rep I felt disrespected and that even though I had this account for 8 years I would close it if PNC did not at least attempt to help me with my issues and the fee they applied for it. in which he responded, " you cant close your account anyways because of the overdraft it's on negative." After this interaction I went in to bank to see about closing my account. Patricia Del Valle, listened to my situation, empathized with me, offered my guidance in regards to the dispute and how to prevent getting ripped off in the future. She also helped me with the unfair overdraft fee i received with no warning. Patricia deserves five stars, because of her im staying with the company. If you have an issue DO NOT CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Go in to this branch instead."
