"Extremely mismanaged branch giving excuses for not serve you. I visited on 5/11/24 and a girl told me they have last appointment at 1:00 , I was walking in because chase sent a an offer to open new account with direct deposit will give me $300.00 . I showed an offer latter then she started asking for docs , I said I have Ssn and driving license and please give me a list of docs you need because I had an account with chase a few months ago. She replied “ we don’t have the list when you come next time i would tell you “ . Chase must update their employees about the standard of service in America. One hand chase is inviting new clients to open accounts and other hand their employees not responding positively even they don’t understand that because of clients you are in the job where customer satisfaction is top priority."

"When it comes to Customer Care, this bank location for Chase is the worst. I have been to other bank locations for Chase in Georgia and Florida and I have never had problems like the ones I have in this one. This was the third instance of me walking out without getting my work done. Every time the reason is different but it looks like they don’t really want to help you. I came to get a document notarized because I was not able to book an appointment online. Not my fault that the app was not working on top of it. They told me to come after two days to get my documents notarized. I understand that this service is a complimentary banking service but at the same time I am able to book an appointment to open a new investment account but not getting complimentary services."
"I am canceling my business accounts with this bank. Avoid at all cost! My credit card never match payments and money is missing. If you schedule an appinment they don't have a solution they tell you to call the credit card company"
"One working ATM in the whole bank is ridiculous. Every time I need a few cash dollars for something like haircut or cash only events I have to leave an hour early because I know I’m gonna be waiting 22 mins at the ATM behind 6 people. I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option."
