"Went yesterday and teller was on her phone texting WHILE talking to me. I had to repeat myself because she wasn’t paying attention to me. Really unprofessional. Put your phone down when dealing with a customer. Surprised chase allows this behavior."
"The worst branch and rudest ever. Everything is blown out of proportion and anything that you need to do requires an appointment. The branch manager is not nice either and has an attitude with any transaction and question the customer has. The only competent and nice person at this branch is Cameron. Cameron should be appointed as the branch manager here and make some real changes."
"This bank branch used to be decent, not sure what happened recently. The service is now atrocious. The management is not only rude, but also incompetent. The employees range from meh to ok, when they're actually there. Sadly, the next closest Chase branch doesn't carry cash, but if you can make it to a different location-do it."
"Rudest people ever. I live in a neighborhood right beside it. I always go and usually exchange cash for quarters, I’m super friendly and usually a quick transaction. Literally today I had to stop by twice, why? I assume it doesn’t matter as long as I’m a customer giving them business, as I’m walking away I hear one of the tellers say “yeah I know, that’s how they’re mindset is.” Unprofessional. Pretty clear what they’re mindset is. I can come back as much as I please but now I won’t because that was so freaking just unwelcoming. it’s not funny if it was a joke. Sorry to be so lengthy but just watch out for judgy nasty tellers even if they smile, I promise they talk bad about you behind your back. Wow. What a bank."
"I had an issue depositing my money into the ATM on July 4th. After receiving a run around from Chase claims department for nearly a week, I decided to physically come into the branch and have a one on one, heart to heart with someone. Thankfully that someone was Nate. Nate kindly welcomed me into the branch and was the one who ultimately took care of me. I’m so happy and grateful that this was the case. He was professional, respectful, supportive, kind-hearted, cool, calm and collected. He took the time to call the claims department with me there and made more progress in the 30 minutes that we were together than the past 6 days combined. Ultimately, I came in feeling super stressed out & discombobulated because of my money missing for 6 days, but I left feeling relieved and like a weight was lifted off of my mind and shoulders. I experienced tears of gratitude when I got to my car. Thank you so much, Nate. You are a Super Star. I appreciate you treating me with kindness. You are a very special person, play a very special role with Chase Bank and bring goodness to this world. Bravo!"
