"Very unprofessional. I would avoid if you don’t wanna lose homeowners insurance with no notice durning hurricane season Response… I called and spoke with two different representatives at your company to renew both policies, that I had with you. I told them to renew both policies, one was renewed the other was not. (The main policy wasn’t) When I called the office after I found out that my homeowners insurance was canceled, right before hurricane was supposed to be a direct hit. Both of your employees told me the exact same story. Which is completely different from yours, you chose to side and cover for a friend, rather than run your business appropriately. It’s a good thing that those phone calls are recorded. The biggest issue is the way you chose to handle the situation, rather than speak with me over the phone. You chose to dodge my phone calls and emails. Then send me extremely unprofessional and messages. You were made aware by my ex-husband that he no longer had any claim to the house, yet you chose not to contact me directly before not renewing my policy. Made worse by the fact that I spoke with your office telling them to renew. Both of your reps told me they where made aware of this fact by my ex-husband. (Who’s a friend of yours) Reporting your company was not my top priority. I had a lot of other pressing issues I had to deal with before I could take the time to deal with this situation. Don’t worry you’ll have your chance to tell your side to the BBB and insurance commission. A simple, I’m sorry would have gone a long way. So agin buyer beware, don’t take this company’s word for it when they say your policy has been renewed. If your curious how she does business just read her response to reviews on this site."
