"It is nearly impossible to deposit cash through this locations atm especially on weekends! I've spoken with the tellers about it. They don't apologize and offer to submit a request to resolve this. They just say the atm is full and they have no control over how often it is emptied. There have been times when I tried to deposit 4 days in a row but it was always full! Terrible service!"
"I am a person that has multiple cancers and I'm often in the hospital for a week at a time. I have a friend that makes deposits for me if I'm unable. Recently my friend went to make a deposit for me that had quite a bit of cash. Well TD has a new policy that someone else can't deposit your cash in to your account without you being there. WHAT !!! So stupid !!! I asked if this was just a TD bank policy or all banks....they said that yes all banks are doing this now. WRONG !!!!! I went across the street to Fifth Third and found out that TDs statement was false. Well....Goodbye TD ...Hello Fifth Third.....stupid policy TD....good luck."
