"My Mother passed away almost 6 years ago, in 2018. They should know because they froze her money, and to date, they haven't released it. I considered the freeze a total loss, not worth following up on because it's painful to engage. I tried to forget about it, but they won't let me. Now it's 2024, and they're still sending emails to her at my primary email address asking her about her "recent" visit at their branch a a couple of days prior. I've been receiving these emails once or twice a year since 2018."
