Wells Fargo Bank 2350 34th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33713

"Really really THE WORST bank. They literally made me hate Wells Fargo. I get checks from my job. I literally cashed the same check last week and got my funds no issue. I come in today to do the exact same thing and I was told I cannot cash my check into my bank account because of reasons unknown and that I have to drive over 30 minutes to the bank where the check was made to cash the funds. The cashier offered no solution based conversation at all. Super rude old woman with an grey ponytail. There are a bunch of other reviews about this woman so I’m not sure why she even has a job still. Absolutely ridiculous. Im taking all of my funds out of both my accounts and closed them. Funny enough I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to do so and there aren’t even any customers here. This is my second bad banking experience with wellsfargo 5 years apart btw. They don’t even care about us small folk just trying to pay rent and it shows. I should have read the reviews first."

"Iv been banking with Wells fargo since 2008 with absolutely no issues. Recently I moved closer to the Wells Fargo on 22nd Ave north. OH MY GOODNESS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. the teller with the grayish ponytail is the rudest batch ever. She refused to allow me to deposit my check something iv been doing since I've had my account 2008 Every week same deposit. She's very very rude Not to mention the older lady thought it was such a dam joke as they stood in the back and laughed. I told how rude they were and they both shrugged there shoulders I will not be using this bank That's why I keep my BIG money in T.D Bank Better PEOPLE with great attitudes. I will be closing my account asap"

"This Wells Fargo SUCKS. Has a drive thru but can't seem to pay people a living wage to occupy the booth. Then when you have to park your car, walk inside to handle a deposit or transaction, only to stand behind 15 people with 1 teller. This bank makes so much money off of people with all their charges, but can't pay people to work there. Yet they still get bail outs. Go to 4th street. Or better yet, start using your local credit union."

"I booked an appointment and it was a complete waste of time. The lady had an attitude from the jump. The people working seemed to come up with every excuse to not help us and kept bringing up that their next appointment was in 50 minutes. It truly felt like they were just trying to get rid of us. They told me we could not use our UPS address (which is a suite address) to set up a business account which is not true because I have set up a business account using a UPS suite address at that same exact location with someone else helping me and have also used it to incorporate the business (which also does not allow for mailbox addresses but the UPS suite address works). Don't come to this bank—save your time and go to a different bank or location. This made me so embarrassed to bank here."

"Made an appointment to open a business account because the Wells Fargo in Seminole dropped the ball three times... this place was no different. Had an appointment for 11:30 Waited for 15 minutes no one even greeted me. I had to walk into one of the offices and ask a lady in a blue dress what I needed to do and she had an attitude from hell with me. I walked out honestly Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever go anywhere but here"
