"Focus Financial, for the most part, is easy to get in touch with. It’s easy to talk to people and they’ll explain the process of how everything works and when you’ll be debt free. People are easy to talk to and friendly. I’ve really liked the service so far. That being said, the last time I called I did NOT have a pleasant experience. Was told I was 4th in line and my call would be answered in about 8 minutes. Was on hold for over and hour and didn’t even get an apology which was incredibly rude. Also the person I talked to did not have good speaking skills."
