"Using the self checkout was convenient because the clerk was speaking with another co-worker. Soon as I scanned my item and card to pay, the clerk quickly became available to step over only to see what I was buying. She didn't make eye contact or speak to offer assistance."

"I was just there purchasing two sandwiches. The cashier, Haze, long brown hair in pony tale, rings me up and takes my cash and instead of putting my food in the warmer as asked, sets it on the counter top. He then proceeds to check out 3 other people and ignores me. Another employee comes to counter and does he communicate my food needs warming? No. He just keeps ignoring it. Finally, the other person overhears me telling someone else why I'm standing there and not in line and puts my stuff in the warming device and helps me. Maybe this guy is new and doesn't know how to operate, but I'm truly unhappy with the service."
