I’ve called twice and get a run around, the manager is busy please provide your number and he will call you, yeah right! They have not called me, or sent me my refund. They don’t deserve any thumbs up, terrible customer service in my opinion"

"Had called to inquire about General Liability insurance. Informed the lady I was dealing with I was interested in acquiring a policy through auto owners insurance and informed her I knew of someone who had this GL policy and tried to tell her the limits. She was not friendly and talked down to me. Very snobby. I received their office info through Auto owners website as a agent for them. She told me she would get back with me and never did. No worries I went with Vermost insurance and they were a Class Act. Signed me with Auto owners the same day. I will never use O.E. Wilson again. I had them as an agent before for my homeowners policy and they were just as snobby back then. Auto Owners needs to fire them as an agent. They are not doing them any favors. Thanks to Vermost I'm covered."
