Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

"Angie who works inside as a bank teller is very rude and condescending she thinks because she’s the bank manager she can talk to anyone in any type of way."

"The drive thru is not attached to the bank itself. The drive thru ATM is across the street from the main building. The bank and the drive thru are parallel along 73rd Ave N, and you can only access the drive thru via 52nd St N. Very confusing if you don’t know the area. Otherwise the drive thru has plenty of access points and is very well lit."

"Been a customer for several years(17) and counting, I needed to cash check at teller window which she was nice, but then bank manager wanted to verify the reasoning of my money being deposited into account, which was very odd, what type if service is this definitely not customer service by all means, WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS BANK EVER....TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE."
