"REALTORS BEWARE!! Everything is good until they get your commission splits wrong. I have email documentation of what it should be.... they did "call" to "double check" but ultimately there was a misunderstanding and guess who did not get paid correctly? Get everything is writing, or go with another company who uses newer software, especially if you do uneven splits. Not thrilled with this company. There response is, you have a contract with your client, ask them for the money!"
