"I came in because I needed help finishing a application that I couldn't finish online. The loan officer(I'm guessing is her title) was helping serve customers but she acknowledged me and told me it would be a few min. I said that's fine. Within I'm guessing 5 min tops she called me over and helped me finish my app. I appreciate her help just wish I could remember her name. Would definitely recommend this office."

"Don’t get me know, employees are awesome. Ever sense they took out the drive through the efficiency has dropped tremendously. They have one employee that can’t do most customer service tasks and then there is very few people helping customers. If you have a long task like setting up a new line then it’s no issue but if you go there on the norm to do deposits which is a very short task then there is nothing worse than being bottle down with other customers that have long tasts in front of you."
