"About done with life after having this city bash on me every time they can, but stealing keys and telling me to kill myself over exact communication is god damn wild man.."
"It is a beautiful county building! Eye catching entry signage as well. All employees were nice and welcoming during my entire visit!"
"Very nice people, and the building is very nice and easy to get in and out of, im a disabled veteran, and the handicap parking is in a very easily accessible area."
"Lee County Transportation has to be THE WORST in the country! I take the 70N towards Rosa Parks get on on Everett and Del Prado. It's supposed to be there by 6:30 then the schedule changes like 15xs before that! At times they show up an hour late or not at all!! I don't wanna hear about bridge construction! This has been going on for about a year with this bus! The other day the 120 Edison came before the 70N and then I had to switch over to 140 Merchants! I get out of work at 6 and got home at 8pm! Unacceptable!!! Lee County Transportation needs to figure it out because anyone who asks me about them I tell them they suck!"
"BIG safety issue. Lee Tran left us stranded, 8 + miles from where we needed to be. Yesterday, we took the 410 to Lovers Key State Park. After a few hours of beach walking, we returned to the bus stop. It was 4:01 and we missed the 4:00 bus. We waited...4 more people joined us and we waited...5:00 came and went...the sun was setting, the mosquitoes were out, and there was no bus. We tried calling the Lee Tran customer service line. No answer and then cut off before we could leave a message. No after hours or weekend number online. The park staff came out and closed the gates. We decided it would not be safe to wait around in the dark, not knowing if a bus would come, at all. Just before 6:00pm we called an Uber, and the 6 of us shared a ride back to the Crescent Beach area. Lee Tran just left us stranded, 8 + miles from where we needed to be."
