"Consistently understaffed, and everyone is always pitching you a new account of some kind. Kind of irritating. It's clearly the policy - it's like a mall dept store, they clearly MUST offer you some new accounts. That said as I waited in a long line (there was only a single teller at 4 PM :( ) someone eventually came and helped me expedite what I was trying to get done, so that was nice. You just wonder why such a massive bank with so much money is scrimping on staffing."
