"Ross Insurance is the most non-responsive agency in Dunedin. If you call, the guard dog that answers the phone will do anything she can to not get your call through to the agent, all kinds of excuses, like" she is sick"," she doesnt take calls" have to "leave voice mail" and never hear back, emails go unresponded to, they are understaffed obviously. They do not go to bat for you if you cancel a policy- they dont inform the Insurance carrier and then the carrier like TRAVELERS bills you for half a year worth of premium and not tell you or send an invoice until collections calls!!!!!"
