"Charged $5 to cash a check less than $100, unreal, what a scam!! $5 for 60 seconds of work?!!? It was a Regions check but I don’t have an account and never will. Considering there was 1 customer service and 2 tellers with only 1 other customer, I guess they need to steal money from people to keep their doors open. It’s always best to cash a check on the bank it’s drawn on so you know the funds are available and good. BANK AT BANK OF AMERICA, a real bank!!!!! You were warned!"
"I’m giving this location a 1 star because of their customer service! I’ve been a customer for many years and I rarely come inside but when I do, it’s always a long wait. Went in to do a wire transfer on a Friday and they have one person working. I waited 45 mins before I could speak to someone. The employees could perk up a bit and seem happier to be working there. But Rachel Stone was awesome and very helpful."
