"I am really upset with the service at Denver Health. I have been calling for two days to speak to my 17 year old daughter. Twice I have been put on hold and then was hung up on by an operator. Then when I called again, I was told no I can not speak to my daughter because I called to many times and had already talked to my daughter. When I replied saying I never talked to her, the staff said they don't know what to tell me, and they did not believe I was her mother. This is absolutely outrageous and very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend having care here for a loved one."

Gladly continuing treatment here, and they’re helping me come off the narcotic meds I’ve needed to stay off hard drugs. Even moved here with no money to pay for anything, and they helped me with everything from getting me a ride there, personalized counseling, and a treatment plan that professional and healthy, but also keeps the goal of me wanting to get clean from my MAT meds, thank you guys!"

We Had Some Phone Appointments For Over A Month And After a while, She Turns from This Nice And Understanding Person To A Very Arrogant And Judgmental Attitude and does not take the Time To Understand What You Are Going Through. I Felt As If She Didn't Like Me Because I'm Openly Gay. She Threatened To Hang Up On Me When She Refused To Hear About My Life And Problems, I Thought That's What She Was for To help Me Out And Council Me Through TALK THERAPY RIGHT Nothing But Acting From Her She Doesn't Care Like She Pretends To. Everything Seems Scripted Like She's Reading Out Of A Textbook or Off Her Computer Screen. I Was Also Going Through A Very Difficult Time With A New Diagnosis And Needed To talk about it and she Told Me She's Not A Medical Doctor And She Didn't Want To Hear About It. You Have Been Warned About Gina And I Wouldn't Recommend Her If She Was The Last Shrink Left In The World."
