"Recently attended a series of city council meetings at Clearwater Main Library and was thoroughly impressed. The library boasts a pristine and welcoming environment, making it an excellent venue for public events. Its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities stood out, providing a comfortable and professional atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting for both library services and community meetings. A great asset to our community!"

"We came here with our daughter for a kids event. I can only say for the second floor, where we were directly. Looks new & modern. Friendly staff! Huge selection of books for children. There are corners for children, an area for playing chess and checkers, a piano. Large windows with great views. Small car parking next to the library. But there is free public parking nearby."

"I attended the Clearwater Charter Review Committee that was held on the second floor in the board room. Not a great experience. The chair didn't ask the members to announce themselves ( for the audio tape) or declare that a quorum was present or read the rules at the beginning of the meeting or make the public feel comfortable to engage. Just my opinion as the only person from the public who was there to participate."

"Gorgeous views of the waters of and around St Joseph Sound and the docks beneath the Clearwater Memorial Causeway aren't the only assets this library holds. It's interior is well-spaced, clean, and apparently well organized. The library within comprises four floors - each with its own tier of the aforementioned views and sections dedicated to special interests and library departments. I had the opportunity lately to participate in a book sale on the library's ground floor as a patron (finding, among other selections, a hard cover copy of the complete works of Josephus) and found the library's paid and volunteer staff to be very helpful, courteous, and efficient. If you are planning to visit a library in Pinellas County, I highly recommend this library and suggest that you put it at the top of your list: There's nothing quite like taking a stretch along the waterway or sitting in a chair overlooking the sound and docked boats below to enchant the soul while you're on your intellectual journey. Bonus: A tree made of steel in front of the library seems to greet you as you make your way to the front doors. Take a closer look and you'll never forget."
