"We were impressed with the overall business model. Our first visit was to review the furniture items being moved. It involved a brief conversation and discussion of some of the important pieces. Maybe 20-30 minutes tops. The estimator knew the exact number of boxes we would need even though we were handling the packing of same. Our proposal was received the same day. We had one other bid that was $200 less but Ray's came through with an itemized list of our belongings. Aside from a few minor changes we made, Ray's proposal package provided a complete picture of what we needed. We requested crating and the day of the move they showed up prepared. Our team consisted of the 3 J's (highly recommend these 3) and they were awesome, professional and respectful, engaging and all 3 had a great sense of humor. We had a great day together. We watched the 3 work independantly but supported each other. There was never an idol mombent. The truck was a great set up as well (maybe hydraulics), very impressive and we were not concerned about the road trip. At the end of the day, we were thrilled to have worked with Ray's team and would recommend their services any time."

"While moving my parents from Florida during a pandemic was a traumatic experience, working with the staff at Ray the Mover made things so much easier. From start to finish, staff answered questions promptly - in particular, Chris was easy and friendly to work with. My parents had a lot of questions and they always had the answers. They contracted vehicle transport for us, confirmed final details with us several times and on the day of, moving staff were actually a bit early. All of the movers were cheerful and hard working, and I should add extremely professional with how our larger furniture and fragile items were packaged and moved. Big shout out to Ted, who was on both ends of the move (Florida to Ohio). Just a great manager all around. He even came back after they were finished to help us locate something important to my dad.
