"Order was not ready 30 mins after ordering and drinks were not made right. We travel for a living and know what our drinks taste like. Rather than fix, they argued and didn't want to replace. We just left because we know how to act like adults unlike the staff there. When you pay $7-8 for an iced coffee, you expect it to be to your liking. Definitely keep this location on our slip list."

"I don't understand how 5 staff members take 8, 13, 17 minutes in order for a total of 3 customers. Yes I timed it as it was that slow. I get 2 are running drive thru but the other 3 were up front. Why would it take that long to make what I watched people pick up... 1 coffee, 2coffees, 1 coffee. That's just terrible. There's a reason I don't do Starbucks but I was here cause someone else wanted to get this stuff."

Everyone sees white chocolate mocha at the bottom, coffee at the middle and then the heavy cream on the top."

"Stopped here for a couple iced coffee’s and warned pumpkin loaf. Drive thru was fast and everything was delicious. The employees were friendly and professional. Easy on off access from I75. Would stop here again."
