"I placed a breakfast order through the mobile app at 11:34 AM. I arrived and I checked in on the app as I would normally do. The screen on the stall said thank you welcome back, etc. order was being prepared, etc. All normal. Only the problem is it was stuck that way for about 25 minutes while I am sitting there waiting on my food. I am watching the workers inside chase each other around laughing and playing. Normally I wouldn’t care and I am fairly patient because I don’t expect too much out of these types of places, but after 25 minutes of not receiving my food, when ordering ahead, I became a little bit annoyed. So I pushed the red button on the order menu in the stall, and when the person answered, I asked very politely if there was an issue with my order. The worker said that they did not have an order from my stall yet. I said well I placed the order on the mobile app and the screen on the stall here clearly says my name and it says that my order is being prepared. The worker then told me oh you have to press the red button when you arrive and let us know that you placed the mobile order. I asked her what was the purpose of checking in on the mobile app, and entering the stall number, if that was the case. She decided not to respond to that question and simply said my order would be out shortly. She then brought my order out and was very rude about it all when I tried to question her further about the process of placing an order through the mobile app. The thing is I place Orders through the mobile app on a regular basis and I have never had to press the red button to let them know that I was out here waiting. You always check in on the mobile app and they bring your order out within 5 to 10 minutes. Depending on how busy it is. The truth is they were inside playing around, not doing their job and did not see my order when it appeared on the screen. Again, I don’t expect too much out of places like this, but had I never pressed the red button to prompt them to get my order done, would I still be sitting here twiddling my thumbs? I don’t understand what is so difficult about working a fast food restaurant job. I worked them all throughout my high school in college years. I hate to sound old, but it honestly seems like the younger generations don’t understand what a job means (yet they want $15 an hour)."

"I can only assume that the food is good. It is at other SONIC. Unfortunately I never got any food. Nor did most of the other people that waited to get in an order during the 20 minutes that I stood outside. I went from screen to screen. Touched the button and it started blinking. But no one answered. I waited at each location until the red light stopped blinking. Then to another. It was just 7:50 pm. Several screens are broken. Black. One customer less patient than myself went inside to see what the issue was/is and was told "Those buttons are broke" Anyone curious to know why SONIC is facing potential bankruptcy should visit this location. It is beyond rediculous. And I won't be back again. I reccomend you stay away as well."

"Order boards were broken, the staff could have cared less about having a personality and of all things this SONIC was out of ice cream....well that was the story for one person they told someone else the ice cream machine was broken. The food was ehh....but this is a horrible place avoid if possible"

"I tried the bacon jam burger on 4/23 and it was a mess. My girl got the number one and it was way bigger than bacon jam burger almost double the size. My biggest complaint is that they only put one piece of bacon on it. The last pic of bacon is 2 pieces of bacon cut into four. On my burger were 2 pieces just like the top two on my pic. If you like good bacon burgers do not get this burger, you're better of adding 2 pieces of bacon to a number 1 burger. You guys were kind of busy but you can do better. Don't be a product of your environment"
