"DON’T GO HERE!!! Too bad you can’t choose “0 stars”My husband purchased a Groupon for me for my birthday which is Christmas Eve. I called to schedule and it took forever to get a response. (Over a week) I called and texted as she suggested. Once she FINALLY responded she wanted the Groupon code so she could get paid (prior to services being rendered).She also proceeded to tell me how Groupon was a rip off and she made no money. When I finally got scheduled I showed up on time (actually a little early). The door was locked. I texted her letting her know I was there. Five minutes after my appointment time she finally open the door. She had me fill out paperwork. (As a large dog ran around) Then once she began the massage she kept checking her phone, changing the music, and texting. And she cut my massage short by 5 minutes. Before I could use my second massage I was diagnosed with colon cancer. I asked if she would extend the Groupon expiration date because of my diagnosis and surgeries.(I couldn’t lay on the table because of incision sites) she said no problem. Once I recovered a month later I texted her to schedule. It took her about a week to get back with me. She then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay her her regular fee. Once again griping about Groupon she said she makes no money on the second massage and only part of her fee for the first one. First off if you do not like the rules and regulations of Groupon do not use them to advertise your services. Secondly if you do decide to use Groupon do not badmouth the company that is bringing you business. Thirdly if you are going to be in business at least be professional and respond to your clients in a timely manner. Melissa is a horrible business owner! If you were going to run a business do not make excuses! And lastly if you tell someone something stick to your word! As my parents taught me “ A person is only as good as their word“. I did not go back for my second massage (even though it was paid for) because of her lies and excuses. And I planned on tipping generously because my body needed it after what I had been through. ( plus I also have MS) But after her lies and attitude I said I would never go back there. And neither should you. And watch once she reads this she will try and come up with some excuse or blame me or even throw in there how she does not get paid by Groupon!!! And if she does that I still have the text messages to prove otherwise."

"Communication is key, and this business lacks that. I am not talking about 1-3 days before a response, I am talking over a week before you hear back. In her voicemail, she says you can also text her. So I leave a message as well as text her on more than one occasion with an extreme delayed reply. My first text back from her was hard to understand, but I assumed to schedule the appointment. I reply immediately and she read it with no response. This continues a couple more times- delayed response, not getting anywhere with availability and scheduling an appointment. She will read the texts (iPhone read receipt) almost immediately or within minutes yet does not reply until several days to a week later. I had been trying to schedule an appointment for over two weeks so I finally traded in the two 60 minute massages (which I assume is what she wanted) because she finally replied to me her availability DAYS after I traded it in and it’s no longer on Groupon. I told her I traded it in, and instead of an apology she just says “thank you.” It is run extremely unprofessional and I highly do not recommend because of the very poor communication and lack of care."

"Worst customer service of all time. Never received a massage after calling and messaging for one month. When she finally returned my call I scheduled a basic massage after originally cancelling the groupon. I informed her that I would pay her typical fees without the groupon with no problem. After scheduling a new groupon featuring two massages for 77 dollars was posted and I purchased because with the expectation that I would return and use them if the original massage was good. Once the owner found out I had purchased the groupon she preceded to antagonize me through text because she does not make money with groupon uses and that she is worth more and that they are for first time customers only... which I AM. Very rude and not worth the time and hassel"
