"I went in to get my roots touched up, I told him I wanted to stay super bright. My roots do not look any different.. I paid 275 dollars for basically nothing. A student was basically doing my hair the whole time which did not make me feel comfortable. Told him I wasn't happy and he basically said it was my fault. I got charged 70 dollars for him to cut half an inch off my ends and bangs. He tried to charge me the 25 dollars for a blowout when that comes with the service. So he was just trying to get as much money off of me as he could because he knew I wasn't happy. He asked if I wore my hair up a lot and I told him yes.. you would never know there is any highlights in my hair as it is, especially when it's up. Stylist also wasn't very nice and didn't seem like he even cared to make me a priority ( Maybe because I'm not a usual client) either way, I won't be back, and I've been coming to you guys for years but this was a horrible experience. I do not mind paying higher prices for a good service but MY HAIR LOOKS THE SAME NOW AS IT DID WHEN I CAME IN."

"I’m a military spouse that moves around every few years. I cringe at the idea of trying to find a new salon every time we move. Before we moved to Pensacola I had been researching salons that use Goldwell products for hair coloring as well as smoothing treatments. There are only two salons in the area that provide keratin treatments and I definitely hit the jackpot with volume one; especially with Kenzie. Not only did she exceed my expectations but volume one has quickly become my favorite salon that I’ve ever used. I even brought my 8 year old to the salon to receive a chlorine hair treatment. The salon was extremely accommodating! I’m dreading the day we have to PCS in 2024 and start this process over. If you are used to a high end salon with extremely expertise talent , Volume one is for you. Ask for Kenzie!"
