"Big Chief's Storage is easy to get in and out of and had lots of storage options. They have storage solutions for campers, boats, storage units with drive up access and a new climate controlled storage unit building. They also offer very competitive rates compared to other storage facilities in surrounding area. The grounds and facilities are always clean and well maintained. And the new owner is very nice. I highly recommend Big Chief's if you need storage in the Chiefland area."

"Terrible experience. Was on wait list, called by Tracey and told a unit was coming available for us the end of March just stop by and complete paperwork. Stopped on Monday and Lynn said Tracey was out sick and knew nothing about but had me file out paperwork for unit coming available at end of month and took payment and charged my card. Paperwork did not compare and showed rental started on 3/21/22 for unit I did not have yet. Stopped back in only to find that the unit I paid for and committed to us was rented to someone else since the day before. Claims Tracey rented unit to someone else. How did that happen with Tracey out with Covid and not in office. Someone screwed up and we are out the unit we Paid for. Something not right here and totally unprofessional and only an I'm sorry. Yeah right. Will never consider this place again"

"Very well managed and constant attention to detail. Some covered RV storage with more being added. Also outside storage for RVs. Electronic security. Many regular storage areas of several sizes. Moderately priced."
