"This company is a poor choice for your purchasing options. Their business is setup to target customers in difficult situations and exploit those circumstances for profit. You start off paying anywhere from 4-10 times more than the actual value of your choice of purchase. God forbid times get tough. Twice we unfortunately were 12-15 days late and their truck was at our door. Not weeks or months mind you but days! At this point I’m debating whether to just leave their way over priced and sub quality hardware at the end of our driveway and start over. The bottom line is I would still save a bunch of money and have better quality products."

"My husband and I ordered online said items where in stock and would be delivered within 2 to 3 days! Ordered on Wednesday and called Friday to see if we can pick up instead of them delivered and was told I wouldn’t be getting the items til next week! Items said they was in stock at our location store but apparently not! Very frustrating, if I would’ve knew that I wouldn’t get my items within said time frame I would’ve ordered somewhere else"

"Staff is very helpful. I have had 3 contracts since September of 2016. Any issues arise with my laptops or phone they correct it fast and proper. Payments are good for my products and the customer care provided has always been personal. Love this store."
