"First off, the clinic didn’t take my insurance so I had to pay $165.00 to see the Dr. I paid it thinking I was going to get SOME kind of help. So I get called back and the Nurse Practitioner came in and promptly blamed my weight gain on lack of sleep, imperfect diet, etc.I paid 165.00 for her to tell me what I already knew. She got very irritated when I asked about possible medication to give me a jump start on shaking these stubborn pounds. Gave me two options and stared at me while I tried to make an un-informed decision between the two. She finally called one in for me and it ended up being almost 600.00. So needless to say, I’m back to square one without my 165.00. I will never go back. Also the blonde receptionist was very rude and seemed to be bothered with having to deal with customers. Anyway MY experience was atrocious. I hope future customers are treated better."
"I usually don’t write these, but because of my pure frustration in just trying to get my services that I qualify for, just ran against my insurance is an act of congress and the non-compassion shown just trying to get the care that I am due, really makes my head hurt. First my provider sends my referral to the clinic, the lady calls she’s very nice, and well she give me their cash price, and I say ok………. Well I call my insurance verify they are in network and covered due to my hypertension diagnosis, well the clinic calls me back to say they don’t file my particular insurance because this service isn’t covered (mind you not they haven’t filed my claim or called for a pre authorization with my correct diagnosis.) He goes right on to say well if you pay and then we file, if its covered you will get reimbursed? So if I will get reimbursed on the back side why won’t you just file it and tell me what I really owe? And secondly if you have not filed, how do you know it’s not covered, and then they say will if the hypertension is added we can run it………… so I call I get my provider to add the hypertension to the referral. They call me back and still say they won’t submit it still because my insurance doesn’t pay, mind you my insurance just verified this facility is in network/ I do have out of network and i have a covered diagnosis. Im just trying to figure out why my insurance is telling me one thing and this facility told me a few things and supposedly they don’t file insurance because according to them it’s not covered. Yes I’ll be calling everyone in reference to the horrible customer service I have received, and the refusal to file on my insurance because according to the facility they don’t pay……… mind you no one has called and requested pre authorization with my correct diagnosis codes. This is just one reason we don’t seek help because we don’t get it……… literally all I'm asking is that they run my insurance that I have, have verified and that I pay for ? I was told to call the head of management something to request an exception for this to be filed on my insurance (that I pay for)."

"Dr Rodriguez was great! I started seeing immediate weight loss. Three months in they denied my appointment because I have no one to watch my kids and apparently they are not allowed in. Which no one mentioned before. And I have no one to watch them to reschedule being as we are a military family not from here. Already did a video appointment. And need to be seen in person this time. Got turned away and now have to abruptly withdraw from the medications they have been prescribing. Which I’ve heard is no fun. Wish I would have never started seeing them."
