"Last year when I was really weak and sick with Covid this office kicked me out and wouldn't see me because I was 10 minutes late. Today I waited 30 minutes just to get a shot. The arrogance of this office is just unbelievable. How is it ok to kick out a really sick patient, treating them like a naughty child, for being 10 minutes late but it's ok for them to be 30 minutes late for a mere shot? Patient’s lives and schedules are equally as important as a doctor’s!!! And seriously, try for a little empathy when your patients are really, really sick and there is no one else waiting to be seen in the waiting room. Unconscionable."

"Dr Luzania: Just goes through the motions, literally writes things in your chart without discussing them with you then shuffles to the next room. AVOID HIM. Makes lame attempts at conversation. I was his patient for 4 years. You cannot go to him when you are sick, they always book you a few weeks out and refuse to see you when you actually need to. The whole time I was his patient I had to use the "doc in the box" for when I got sick. ALSO: I had a heart attack and called them from the hospital, I told the girl who answered and she said "oh no it will be at least 2 weeks before he can see you". The staff is rude and treat you like an annoyance. Their treatment can become very offensive. Only thing he's good for is writing your monthly prescription if you need metformin, etc. He's like a thumb with legs that shuffles around and just mumbles "statin, statin. statin" Avoid this place, almost any place is better."

"Horrible experience all around. First time I went to get blood drawn the lady poked me 3 times before she finally got blood. I passed out for the first time in my life. It takes forever on hold before you can even speak with someone. Today, I talked to Brenda on the phone, who was incredibly rude. I’m not the only one who is writing a review about her and how rude she is. I WAS in a good mood just trying to schedule a doctors appointment and she informed me of a change that was occurring and I lackadaisically said a minor curse word and you would think I said the F-bomb. She immediately told me I was being condescending and started yelling at me. Maybe don’t have psycho over sensitive people working there or teach them to treat the customer better. There’s a polite way to say something if you’re that uptight."

"I love my dr. Here, but the staff is horrible. Over the past 2 months, they have called me and told me that my dr needs to reschedule, and then the next appointment available is 1.5 months away. Brenda is extremely rude, yesterday she called to tell me I needed to be seen before I could get a medicine refill, but I had an appointment on Friday that surprise surprise, was canceled by the dr. When I tried to explain that to Brenda, her response was “well that’s beside the point”. I have three young children, two of which are special needs, so I can not keep rescheduling due to the dr and or staff. They are horrible at answering the phones, and the attitudes they have are horrible. If you want to feel respected at your doctors office, this is not the place to go."

"Town Plaza Family Practice is awesome! The people working in the office are very personable and do a great job! I am always able to get an appointment very quickly and they are great about sending me reminders if I have an upcoming appointment. The office has a very professional yet relaxed atmosphere. My physician (Nurse Practitioner) Jamie Leopold NP is a Godsend! She listens to what I have to say and values my input. She is extremely knowledgeable and stays up to date on the latest conditions and treatments available. In addition to being very to professional, Jamie is genuinely a kind person who genuinely cares about her patients! I would highly recommend Jamie Leopold NP and the great staff at Town Plaza Family practice to anyone!"
