"Just had a blood draw and they used a huge needle vs the regular butterfly vacuum draw apparatus. It Hurt. When I ask why I was told they are not allowed to use butterflys on everyone and that it's a cost savings effort. I ask how they decided who got the big needle and who got the butterfly and recieved no answer. I won't be going back. Maybe turn the TV off to save some money. Use less CoWrap. But that big a$$ needle is just WRONG!"
"CAUTION! The lady that did my blood draw today was terrible!! She was very heavy handed, and it hurt! When I have my blood draws at other labs I never even feel it. I use to go to this lab, but stopped going because they are the worst at drawing blood., and left a purple bruises too!"
"What an absolute nightmare of a laboratory. There were two total employees working in 12 people in the waiting room eight of which had not even been checked in. I was there for 30 minutes in the line moved one person. The two employees pictured clearly had no idea what they were doing, and we left with no support or supervision, UC health is an absolute joke"
