"I called on August 29th to set an appointment for a new patient exam. They said they were a month out on scheduling and set an appointment for what I was told was Wednesday October 11th at 2:00. I was also told I would get a reminder/courtesy call before the appointment. I receive a call on Wednesday October 4th at 1:58 asking where I was and if I was showing up for the appointment, then get told I can't set an appointment with them ever because I missed my initial. Dr. Christopher Vialpando."

I was given a few helpful resources, but nothing that I couldn't have found myself with a quick google search."

"Office staff are legendary!!! Wait time can literally be over an hour easy if Dr. martin is behind. And if you step outside for a smoke and he calls your name and you aren't there, you lose your appointment."
