Rapid & PCR Testing For FREE- N State St

"I’ve been here a couple times and while they’re not super instructional, I’ve always gotten my results quickly. However, I made a mistake on my last test and went to get another one tonight. Made it in just before 6 and was filling out the paperwork when I realized there was a closed sign on the door. I tried to ask the attendant several times if I could use the same code tomorrow but she pretended I wasn’t there. And that’s really awful to do to a person"

"Dont go! This is a scam and I’m shocked at how the city allows this to happen. The girl that worked at the office said i was going to get the test within an hour. Its been several hours and nothing. Called the number listed, i was caller no. 23. I stayed on hold for over half an hour only to get an automated message that said the office is closed and to leave a message, then it said sorry the mailbox is full and cant leave a message. They charged my insurance for both my tests, cpr and rapid and i havent gotten any results yet."

"This place is a joke, the people running the testing site show up whenever they want, supposedly it opens at 9am, and they decided to stroll in at 10:30ish. No one has received their rapid or PCR tests back, even tho it’s been 5+ days. Also- the only people leaving “good” comments of this place are the ones who are leaving reviews of other *similar* places, definitely sketchy"

"I went to get a rapid test and a PCR test last Wed (Dec 15th) and have yet to receive results for either of my tests. I called their number about 3 times a day since my testing and only spoke to a person ONCE. They informed me they spoke with the testing site I went to and should receive my rapid test results within the hour...which I never did. The other times I tried calling I was on wait for too long so they would send me to their voicemail. I left voicemails but have yet to hear back from anyone. I checked my inbox and spam emails daily and still haven't received either."

"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED A PCR TEST!!!!!, results never arrive at any time never mind within a 72 hour travel requirement. There is NO way to track your file, they have NO customer support, no one responds. How the City allows them to advertise that they perform PCR tests is incredible.... They ask you to perform your nasal swab which is shocking...."
