"A great Doc but needs help with office visits. Running an hour and a half late is just not acceptable. This is the third time I’ve had to wait this long past my appointment time to be seen. But, like I said, she is really good. Get your appointment early in the day to avoid this or be prepared because she takes her time with each patient."

"Was very happy with Dr except that she kept us waiting in the exam room for over an hour! Was told by a nurse after half an hour wait that she would be 5 to 7 minutes longer, it was over half an hour later! She did explain that she had a very I'll patient she was with! And had we not been lied to by the nurse in the first place it would have been totally acceptable! The truth in the first place would have been best."

"My appointment with Dr. Applegate was scheduled for 3:30 pm, Friday May 12,2024. I was not seen until 5pm. At check in I was asked about my level of pain and I told the nurse it was 8. No one came in to see how I was, tell me the Dr. was running behind, etc. Your seating is despicable for a patient that has severe back issues, shoulders and knees. My feet didn't even reach the floor. I finally after an hour went to the nurses station and complained. I told them that they could find me sitting in the waiting room with my husband in a comfortable chair until the Dr was available. Dr. Applegate is a very good physician, however, I saw her for 10 minutes and she walked me to the door at the end of our discussion. I certainly hope I'm not charged for this debacle, the Dr said it was her fault."

"I had my first appointment with Dr Courtney today and was very pleased! Amazing bedside manner, very thorough with exam and my medical history, and I felt like he truly cared. He ordered all the tests I was needing instead of making me wait. He even apologized that my referral source only sent him bits and pieces not enough to get a clear picture of what is going on (which he had nothing to apologize for).So thankful I chose to go to him and look forward to working with him."
