"The sleep study part was very good, the person who handled the study was very nice and helpful. the problems all came afterwards. I needed to go to a different CPAP equipment company then the one they sent me to as ihad a prior relationship with them. the company needed my prescription from beverly hills sleep center and they were getting no where. I callled at least 6 times and recieved no call back. they were rude to me on the phone and basically said that they would pass along the the message and it went no where. Now my CPAP company called me and told me that the doctor has not signed off on my prescription after it was faxed over twice and i called 2 times to tell them that it was being faxed over and they needed to sign it. GET WITH IT PEOPLE AND DO YOUR JOBS PLEASE!!!!!!!!"
