"1st time going for an eye exam. The Bingham was so kind and thorough. I had a very hard time find frames I liked and jackee was amazing! She was funny and helpful. She found a pair of frames that I never would have thought I’d like but ended up loving. Great deal on an exam and frames as well! Very satisfied, would defiantly recommend."

"The total time for an appointment always takes 2 hours due to waiting. I was 10 minutes late today because it's an hour drive for me and I hit a little traffic. Was told they couldn't see me anymore because they don't even know where the doctor is to ask and they are strict about being late. I begged to keep my appointment but was looked at like i was scum. Even though they have me wait in the lobby for atleast 40 minutes every appointment. No one was even in the lobby to have to turn me away. The front office staff clearly do not care about people. It's one thing to turn me away but another to be rolling their eyes at me and making it clear that i do not matter to them or the doctors. I would not recommend this office to anyone."

"I have gone to the MY Eye doctor now for many years!!! My oldest son as well goes there. I have had such an amazing experience at the location out by On top of the World but decided this year to go to the College Road location!! I am thoroughly impressed!!! From the lovely check in lady Ms. Christine, to the amazing ladies Brittany and Jackie who helped me pick out my glasses, I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY!! Oh yeah, and I can't forget the amazing Dr. Bingham!!! All of the ladies where FANASTIC!!! I had an amazing experience!! To be honest I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! You can really tell they love their jobs!!! I wish i could remember the lovely lady who did my eye examine before I saw the doctor, she was amazing too!!! Everyone was so sweet and thoughtful and just made the whole appointment pleasurable!! I just want them all to know what a great job they did!!!"
