Reviews
"The secretary (Shannon) was very rude, unprofessional and was unwilling to assist with the concerns that I had. She responded without even inquiring to be sure if my issue could be resolved. I do NOT recommend speaking with her. Speak with a different woman at the front desk. This is for location of Chantilly Rd in Atlanta. Consider another location."
"Very disturbing place. They will not help only make things worse. Pray on things or find another solution. I was shot in 2011 and tried to get therapy n my first appointment the nurse practitioner got upset that I had my medication list and all my paperwork. I stated that I was already prescribed a medication that he was try to prescribed then he said he suggested “in patient care”. I was very confused and left."
"Absolute worst place ever, they do not care about your mental health. They’ll wait over a week to send over your script, then ignore your calls (had to call on a different number to get through….), then get nasty with you on the phone when you finally do get through. I highly doubt I would’ve ever gotten my prescription had I not called a week later, and this happened after every single visit. Receptionist lady acted like a middle school mean girl because I had to change pharmacies for a medication with a widely known shortage. They lost my information multiple times, I filled out the same paperwork at 3 visits and signed the original date for the lost paperwork each time (probably covering their butts.) These people are literally incompetent and mean, don’t waste your time & worsen your mental health by going here."
"When Dr. Johnson left, the place went to the dumps... The front desk lady got really nasty with me and my lawyer. They also tried to withhold my documents."
"Some of the people's who work there are good people's . Dr . Johnson is AWESOME she is one of a kind . she treats her patients with the most higher respect ."
