"If I could post without choosing a star, I would do just that! The customer service is absolutely horrible. Instead of resolving the issue, a band-aid is applied. I strongly suggest that anyone planning to apply for services with this company think twice before doing so."

Trying to add my daughter to my insurance plan took MONTHS and hours upon hours of talking to them to achieve. I cried so many tears on the phone with them."

"The thing about peach state is that it is great for our children which I am grateful for however where is the assistance for the adults especially with dental? How is it that no dentist in the state of Georgia excepts this health plan???? I think peachstate need to cover a little more. (My opinion)"

"Peach State has been my insurance since I moved to GA in 2019. Honestly I haven't had to use them much because myself and my family have stayed healthy but when I have had to use it they have been great to work with. The people who I have dealt with to change my boys PCP the couple of times I've had to do so I have been very gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend them as a provider"

"I have had coverage from this company for almost 3 years, the first two were without incident. When I renewed in Dec, the plan had changed slightly, and the premium was about the same. For some reason, I got locked out of my account, and everything went south from there. Since Dec, I have no access to my insurance, I have no way to view the Explanation of Benefits, which is delivered online to me, I cannot search for providers, I cannot search for care, I cannot check my deductible, the state of my account, or book care of any kind. I have called Ambetter about 8 times since, spoken with different agents each time. They have changed my email, reset my password, and still I do not have access. I have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, and have waited on the phone for up to 1h, just to be cut off the line without notice. I tried posting a case with the Better Business Bureau with no results. All I see is the premium being charged every month, but I cannot get care, except for the urgent care I usually use near where I live. No one has reached out to me, no one has followed up after any call, despite repeatedly asking for my contact info in case we get disconnected. This company offers no other means of communication than a single phone number, where no one can solve anything. If you are out there searching for health insurance, I would stay as far away from them as you would from a sinking ship."
