"Nurse came to get me and led me to where the doctor would see me. I sat in that room waiting for him for 50 minutes. I finally went to the nurses station to cancel the appointment. The doctor ended up being in the next office doing paperwork with his interns. He seemed really irritated that I was upset about waiting in that room for 50 minutes. Was told that I didn't have a pulse in my right ankle but I doubt they'll will follow up or call me to fix it. I'm starting to see a pattern where a patient does a lot of "meet and greets" but you're problem doesn't get fixed. I'm going on my 3rd meet and greet now. You may wait 2 or 3 months for an appointment over in Europe but at least when you get seen you are thoroughly checked out and fixed properly. Over here you are ran through the system like a rat. All they do is run that insurance card and get that money. But I believe what a wise person once told me. "Don't hate the player, hate the game. Lol"
"I had a great experience with the doctor and nurse, zero complaints about the care I received. My complaint is about their billing practices. I’ve been paying my account on time every month on a scheduled payment plan, which their office offered to me. And every month I receive a bill that says my account is past due and being considered for collections. I’ve called the office three times to try to get this resolved with no luck. Don’t appreciate the threats when I am paying on time and exactly as agreed. I don’t know how else to get help with this, so patients beware. 12/2023 update: I also received a surprise bill six months after my appointment. I thought my account had already been paid in full. These things affect peoples’ budgets and lives. So my summary is: wonderful caregivers, terrible billing practices."
"Dr. Yang is wonderful and always reassures me when needed- she has personally called me multiple times and always shoots it straight and tells me exactly what she thinks. I have gone to many cardiologists and have had bad experiences at quite a few but Dr. Yang knows how to make you feel heard and reassured! Great doctor!"
"Incredible people. Beautiful office. I was very nervous before my first appointment, but from the moment I walked into this office I was so relieved. The staff at the front desk were all warm and welcoming. They made checking in very easy. Dr. Yang was genuine, transparent, informed, kind. She really made me feel like she cared about me and what I had going on. The check-out girl was extremely helpful and kind! What started out as a scary appointment was actually a great experience. I can't say enough good things!"
