"Horrible customer service, lack of patient care. COMPLETE PATIENT NEGLET! Do not answer phone calls, they blame others as opposed to taking charge of the situation. Left messages and emails to administration and no reply. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOME HEALTH. No one has checked or changed my husbands surgical incision since 9/5/19 today is 9/9/19. Today when WE called (9/9/19 12:11pm) they said they have chosen not to take care of him, yet NO ONE called to let us know. As per the insurance company they were not aware of this since they had given them 2 emergency visits on 9/6/19 to come see him. At least I can defend my husband and he can defend himself, scared to know what happens to the elderly patients that have no voice!"
