"You may have good and bad experiences with Akumin depending who you speak with. Marie was nice and helpful. She made our interaction less stressful. This was the opposite with the guy on the phone telling me the wrong info so Marie helped out so I was able to be seen with the right paperwork. The root of the issue lies with referral dept at my clinic. Since then, it gotten easier to be seen at Akumin after speaking with referral staff about not sending the right document to Akumin."
