Finally got to speak with PA Jennifer, she totally rushed me out of there, I was heard/examined literally under 50 seconds!!! That must be a new world record. "Extremely rude front desk. I called to schedule an appointment today as a new patient. I was spoken to in a very rude manner/tone in which I had not experienced before; especially from a “professional” place of business. I had asked the person on the other end of the phone to repeat themselves ONE time when they picked up the line. Whatever device they were speaking on seemed to have poor connection. (Possibly ear pods?) Once they picked up the phone and began to talk i was spoken to very slowly and sarcastically.. hard to explain but you get the picture. I was then for my first and last name. I told the recipient what my first and last name was but as I went to spell out my last name (Bolden) (most people think I am saying Golden) I was cut off and practically yelled at: “I KNOW HOW TO SPELL THAT THANK YOU VERY MUCH.” I simply hung up the phone and took my business elsewhere. Forefront Dermatology was extremely respectful and helpful with helping me book a new patient appointment. I’d save your time and book with them."

"Came to Southeast Dermatology to get a second opinion & I'm very pleased. Check in process was great! friendly staff at the front desk! Wait time was not bad at all in & out. Saw PA Jennifer Wright she was very knowledgeable my appointment did not feel rushed she listened to my concerns answered all my questions & put a great plan together to get me on the right track. I highly recommend! Even after my appointment when I had a concern sent a message on the patient portal staff was helpful putting my mind to ease regarding a concern I had."
